Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior AI Data Center Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate high-performance networks for large-scale GPU clusters in the US. The role focuses on InfiniBand, RoCEv2, and SDN architectures to ensure low latency and stability of the AI infrastructure.

You will lead network design, automation, and incident response, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support global AI training and inference workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in large-scale data center networks.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF/ISIS, and VXLAN EVPN.
• Hands-on HPC/AI networking with InfiniBand and RoCEv2.
• Experience configuring data center switches/routers from Cisco/NVIDIA/Juniper.
• Programming/scripting in Python, Ansible, Terraform; Linux admin.
• Kubernetes networking (CNI) and cloud-native architectures.
• English and Chinese fluency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-availability AI cloud networks (Spine-Leaf, DCN, DCI, VXLAN EVPN).
• Design and optimize InfiniBand/RoCEv2 fabrics for large GPU clusters.
• Lead troubleshooting of network issues affecting AI workloads (RDMA, latency, NCCL).
• Develop IaC/network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Monitor fabric health with NetQ, Prometheus, Zabbix; manage changes and RCA.
