The MDA Engineering team shapes the technical roadmap, architecting core Databricks pipelines, Gold Layer tables, and semantic models to turn ambiguous business challenges into high-value data products and autonomous agents.

This role is open to candidates in the United States, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, data quality, and scalable solutions that impact marketing, sales, and product

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI engineering.
• Expert-level Python and SQL with strong data modeling and DBT experience.
• Deep experience with data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT, and the modern data stack.
• Experience building AI agents and leading cross-team data initiatives.

Mansioni

• Define strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for MDA's data and AI foundation.
• Architect and own marketing data infrastructure: ETL/ELT pipelines, Gold Layer tables, and core data models.
• Design semantic layers and data dictionaries for self-serve BI and AI ingestion.
• Translate business questions into scalable data solutions and mentor engineers.
• Lead end-to-end data pipelines and cross-team initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled data products and agent workflows with reliable outputs.
• Automate workflows with AI across Marketing and GTM teams.
