Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an AI Developer to join a team supporting Navy/DoD cyber analysis, SA, and C2 capabilities. The role includes rapid design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment of software and hardware solutions for mission assurance and homeland defense.

The position requires strong Python skills, experience with AI workflows, and active security clearances. You will operate in an agile environment delivering capabilities across the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant field.
• MS/MA in a relevant field preferred.
• PhD considered for senior research roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop or modify software from requirements specifications.
• Design, code, benchmark, test, and document features.
• Review and sustain enterprise applications for improvements.
• Participate in performance, load, and security testing.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews for large systems.
• Support full software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Create documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work in an agile team with sprint planning and standups.
