Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to produce high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages. You will craft photorealistic imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product visuals, collaborating with marketers and editors to ensure accuracy and alignment with client briefs.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5+ years of design/creative marketing experience, 1-2+ years with AI image generation tools, and strong skills in

Qualifications

3-5+ years of design/creative marketing experience.
1-2+ years hands-on AI image generation experience.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance campaigns across paid media and landing pages.
Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
Iterate on visuals based on performance data and feedback; test multiple concepts.
Research, test, and integrate new AI tools to improve output quality.
Ensure visuals align with brand, messaging, and funnel goals.
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and production teams throughout campaigns.
