You will collaborate with a global team of lawyers, business partners, and engineers to navigate complex regulatory issues while inventing, simplifying, and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate or technology sectors.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.
• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact supporting key AI product initiatives for external customers and internal use.
• Provide input on business strategy and governance related to first-impression AI issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to invent, simplify, and implement innovative solutions.
• Operate with sound judgment and drive consensus in ambiguous situations within a global legal team.
