You will counsel product, business, and engineering teams, identify legal risks, and propose mitigation strategies across AI and regulatory matters.

You will help shape business strategy, develop risk controls, and enable rapid innovation while maintaining sound judgment in ambiguous situations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Advising on existing and emerging AI laws and regulatory issues.
• Overseeing compliance approach and providing input on business strategy.
• Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.
