Job summary
Akkodis is seeking a Senior Automation Enablement Engineer in Chicago, IL (Hybrid) to lead enterprise AI copilots, intelligent automation initiatives, and accelerator development. You will design, implement, and govern AI-powered solutions across Power Platform, UiPath, and Azure OpenAI to boost productivity and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software or automation, deep Azure OpenAI and API integration experience, and proven leadership in deploying enterprise AI assistants with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of software development, automation engineering, or intelligent automation experience.
- Strong expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise AI architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Architect secure integrations between AI models, enterprise apps, APIs, and data sources.
- Design and oversee automation workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and UiPath with AI insights and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Establish governance, security, CI/CD, and ALM standards across Power Platform and automation environments.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for AI adoption.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams while driving production-ready AI solutions.
