Job summary

A technology firm in industrial automation is seeking an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize and scale AI solutions for enterprise data centers. This role requires 10-15 years of experience in controls engineering and a solid understanding of HVAC and Data Center cooling methodologies. The position emphasizes problem-solving, independence, and collaboration, fitting within a fully remote environment. Ideal candidates will have expertise in control systems and a passion for AI-driven technology applications.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as a controls engineer or equivalent.
• Understanding of applied thermodynamics for cooling systems.
• Experience with industrial and commercial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with TPMs and DSs as technical experts.
• Create a model of the facility for product ingestion.
• Identify and define product requirements based on customer specifications.

Skills

Expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling control methodologies

Ability to troubleshoot control systems

Strong proficiency in working with data center operations teams

Ability to read and write Python scripts

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
