  • Computer Vision (both Deep Learning and non-DL approaches): 2+ years
  • Python (with focus on deep learning libraries: Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow, etc.): 3+ years
  • Proven proficiency developing and training state-of-the-art computer vision models that operate effectively in a wide-array of rapidly changing production environments (Must have)

Preferred Skills:

  • 7+ years experience with deep learning or a PhD in a STEM field
  • Computer Vision: 6+ years
  • Python expertise strongly preferred - however, candidates with deep learning expertise in a different language will be considered
  • Extensive proficiency in fine-tuning open-source models/transfer learning
  • Experience fine-tuning and training generative model architectures/transformers (VLMs, few-shot detection models, S/LLMs, diffusion models, etc.)
  • Nice to have: OCR

Location - Our team operates fully remotely, with a preference for candidates located in or near the Central Time Zone to align with our core working hours. While we're currently based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, we welcome talented individuals from across the region.
