Founded in 2016, we are a fully funded startup building the world's largest sports network offering live streaming and on-demand sporting events available via subscription based services.
We are seeking highly skilled AI Computer Vision Algorithms Developers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer vision and deep learning, with a passion for developing advanced algorithms for video processing and analysis. This role focuses on creating and optimizing algorithms for tasks such as object detection, classification, and multi-object tracking in streaming environments.
This role is fully remote, though candidates local to Los Angeles or willing to relocate to the area are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement computer vision algorithms to solve complex image and video processing tasks.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, including neural networks, for feature extraction and model training.
- Utilize AI and deep learning techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency of visual data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into existing products.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate algorithm performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, AI, and related technologies.
Required
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
- Proven experience in computer vision, AI, and algorithm development
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV
- Deep understanding of image processing techniques and neural networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- MS/PhD with a thesis in the fields of Computer Vision / Deep Learning
- Experience with LLM Models for Video understanding
- Experience with deep temporal models (LSTM, GRU)
- Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs)
- Experience with C++
- Working knowledge with real time applications development
- Experience with deep learning algorithms for image or video processing
- Experience with deep learning for 3D problems
- Awareness of MLOps and Agile principles
