Zusammenfassung

Roblox seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Compute Infrastructure to shape the strategy and roadmap for next-generation AI compute across data centers and cloud. You will own products turning GPU hosts into reliable, production-ready compute and manage driver/firmware aspects.

You will drive the evolution of Compute Platform services, enabling Roblox teams with fleet APIs and unified tooling, while focusing on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency for AI workloads.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience in compute infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and control plane components; experience productizing Kubernetes Operators/CRDs.
• Strong familiarity with GPU/accelerator scheduling, topology-aware placement, and resource readiness validation.
• Experience with cloud-native service networking (CNIs, service mesh).
• Built production-grade compute platforms emphasizing efficiency, reliability, and developer experience.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs regarding utilization, latency, cost, and time-to-ship.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Roblox's Compute Platform, including Kubernetes, Managed Compute Services, and fleet APIs.
• Scale GPU infrastructure for training and inference of frontier models while optimizing cost-to-serve.
• Ensure Compute Platform reliability, reducing MTTR and improving detection/recovery from failures.
• Collaborate with seven platform teams to understand use cases and empower them with Compute Platform primitives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Users, Engineers, AI researchers, Product, Finance, and Roblox leadership.
• Drive prototyping and iterative product evolution, leveraging AI for ideation and value delivery.
