Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior AI Compute Engineer to deployed and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure for enterprise customers in Linux environments. You will lead planning through implementation with partners and customers, and document handovers as systems roll out.

You will also provide feedback to internal teams, open bugs, and suggest improvements. Travel up to 30% may be required, with equity and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Strong Linux admin, kernel tuning, networking, and performance reporting
• Experience with schedulers (SLURM/LSF/UGE) and cluster management of bare-metal servers
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) and automation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers; able to travel up to 30%
• Experience with benchmarking tools such as HPL, NCCL, MLPerf and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure in Linux environments for customers.
• Be the domain expert with partners from planning to implementation.
• Deliver handover docs and perform knowledge transfers for customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to internal and partner teams, log bugs, and suggest improvements.
