Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior AI Coding Engineer to lead rollout, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise coding agent tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex, with hands-on production experience.

You'll set org-level policies, manage access, tune agent behavior, and build tooling for reliability within AWS environments, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on production experience with Copilot and/or Codex, not just experiments.
• Experience setting enterprise policies: user/group access, repo permissions, model config.
• Experience building and securing MCP servers: scopes, permissions, auth, identity propagation.
• Strong IAM knowledge: SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, JWT tokens.
• Solid AWS background: Bedrock, IAM, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager.
• Strong Python skills for REST APIs, automation utilities, integration services.
• Experience security testing for agents: privilege escalation, token handling, prompt injection.
• Experience building/configuring GPTs/assistants, tools integrations, multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise coding agents.
• Set org-level policies, manage access, tune agent behavior, ensure security.
• Build tooling: APIs, automation scripts, test harnesses for reliability at scale.
• Troubleshoot problems with engineering teams; validate agent behavior and access controls.
• Enforce least-privilege access for humans and autonomous agents.
