Job summary

NVIDIA's DGX Cloud team helps some of the most advanced AI builders in the world move from idea to production faster. This Customer Success Manager role sits close to internal customers and acts as a strategic partner across onboarding, adoption, workload performance, and long-term platform success.

The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD, with equity and benefits. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until August 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) across public and on-prem environments.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, schedulers, or large-scale platform infrastructure.
• Ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers across DGX Cloud usage lifecycle to drive adoption and value.
• Translate workload, business, and technical requirements into scalable recommendations across compute, networking, storage, and cloud environments.
• Turn repeat customer needs into reusable playbooks, tooling, dashboards, and operating patterns to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance to surface customer insights and influence roadmap decisions.
• Guide customers through architecture reviews, performance tuning, and cloud portability decisions for AI/ML workloads.
• Use data and signals to identify risks and opportunities to improve DGX Cloud support and demand planning.
• Contribute lightweight automation or code to accelerate delivery and day-to-day operations.
