The role blends customer success with technical consulting and cloud architecture, translating complex infrastructure into practical outcomes and guiding customers toward measurable value.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, or similar.
• Strong cloud infra experience across compute, networking, storage, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers across the full lifecycle of DGX Cloud usage.
• Translate workload, business, and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, performance tuning, and cloud portability decisions.
• Develop playbooks, tooling, dashboards, and operating patterns to improve adoption.
