Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Global Data Insight & Analytics team seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineer to advance cloud analytics. You’ll design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions, including LLM-driven apps and RAG pipelines, collaborating with product, design, and other engineers.

You will contribute to AI-assisted software engineering, translate business goals into technical outcomes, and support CI/CD, security, and reliability in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• 3+ years with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Spring).
• 2+ years Python and/or Java; experience with AI/LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy AI-powered analytic applications.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Champion AI tools to streamline development, testing, and CI/CD.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and tests.
