Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI apps with LLMs.
• Experience with agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Production engineering: APIs, microservices, CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy advanced AI agents with autonomous reasoning and task execution.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines for factual grounding and citations.
• Build and maintain internal tools/interfaces for agents to interact with services.
• Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and safety mechanisms for production AI.
• Own end-to-end deployment, monitoring, and incident response for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product, research, and infra teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
