Qualifications

• Ability to explain implementations, experiments, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex applications, web solutions, and integrations.
• Assess feasibility, build prototypes, validate with users, and decide next steps.
• Develop AI-enabled apps using models, APIs, retrieval techniques, and tools.
• Turn prototypes into secure, scalable production apps with testing and pipelines.
• Incorporate security and privacy throughout development.
• Own the application life cycle including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Oversee testing, debugging, and change control; address failures and regressions.
• Lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to long-term technical planning.
• Collaborate with business users and distributed remote teams to deliver value.
• Demonstrate open, honest communication and personal ownership.
