Deloitte is seeking a Cyber - AI Cloud Security Engineer - Senior Consultant to design, build, and secure AI-enabled products, platforms, and cloud environments in Cincinnati, OH. You will shape AI security across the lifecycle, prioritize vulnerabilities, and mentor engineers.

The role spans secure architectures for generative AI, multi-cloud workloads, and policy-driven security with hands-on DevSecOps and AI evaluation testing. Compensation is USD 105,400 - 207,800 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, cybersecurity, cloud security, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Experience designing or implementing cloud security architecture, DevSecOps, or AI security controls.
• Experience developing APIs and distributed systems using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, model-serving, and enterprise apps with AI Zero Trust controls.
• Embed security across the AI SDLC with threat modeling, testing, and release criteria.
• Design and implement secure AI workloads across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Build AI-secure capabilities to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities in code, APIs, and cloud configs.
• Develop production AI security apps and platforms with observability and testing pipelines.
• Lead client discovery, architecture sessions, workshops, and mentoring while developing reference architectures.
