Job summary

Aircall is seeking a backend/AI engineer to build scalable AI applications for its AI Products Platform. You will work with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust systems and real-time guidance across our product lines.

The role focuses on security, performance, and reliability, with exposure to LLMs and AI frameworks. Based in San Francisco with potential for hybrid work depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of back-end development with Python, Typescript/Node.js or Java, focusing on security, scalability and reliability.
• Knowledge of AI and experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Security is a top priority in all development.
• Nice to have: AWS production experience and designing for AWS environments.

Responsibilities
