Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience (Python/TypeScript/Node.js/Java) focusing on security, scalability and availability.
• Knowledge of AI and experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Security-minded mindset across software design and deployment in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable AI applications used by Aircall's customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend and infrastructure engineers, as well as product and leadership.
• Participate in requirements analysis and system design for AI features.
