Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, GPT, or comparable AI platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce/Litify, Redshift or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven process improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows using Claude Code, Cowork, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to design document review and information extraction workflows leveraging LLMs.
• Build automations that connect internal systems and reduce manual labor.
• Write, test, and improve prompts and AI workflows for reliable output.
• Package automations into reusable tools for multiple teams.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Superset, Salesforce/Litify, and Excel.
• Write SQL queries against Redshift to extract and analyze data.
• Monitor performance of automations and improve reliability and impact.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and propose new opportunities.
