AutoStore seeks a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to build and deploy intelligent solutions that improve how work gets done. You’ll move from business problem to prototype to production, starting with Sales Support and expanding across the Commercial organization.

Responsibilities include designing agentic AI, data-driven decision support, and scalable, observable production systems using Python, LLMs and modern AI frameworks. Apply bold thinking to automate complex workflows.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering skills with Python and modern APIs.
• Experience building applications using LLMs, generative AI or agentic AI.
• Experience with RAG, enterprise search, tool/function calling or agent orchestration.
• Understanding of data, workflow automation and systems integration.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, security and responsible AI.

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype and productionize AI agents and intelligent workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool use, orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Identify friction, repetitive work, rework and high-value opportunities with business teams.
• Use historical and real-time data to create reusable intelligence for classification, recommendations, knowledge retrieval and decision support.
• Build secure, scalable and observable solutions with APIs, integrations, testing, evaluation, monitoring and governance.
• Measure success through outcomes like cycle time, quality, self-service and adoption.
• Scale capabilities beyond Sales Support into sales productivity and digital experiences.
