Qualifications

• 5+ years of building and shipping production software.
• Experience with an early team at a VC-backed startup.
• Clear examples of shipping a new product from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Help define system architecture for reliable AI-native workflows.
• Develop Assistants, Co-pilots, and agents to improve user experience.
• Build features to improve system performance and reliability.

Skills

AI workflow automation experience

Full-stack skillset

Strong backend skills (Python and/or Node/TypeScript)

Good frontend experience building modern web apps

Database and data modeling skills (SQL/relational)

Customer collaboration

Proactive in identifying risks

Good judgment on tradeoffs
