Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to architect, build, and scale enterprise AI systems across claims processing, risk adjustment, and member engagement. You will lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with AI Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to deploy production-grade AI solutions.

You will own the Databricks build-out, CI/CD, and automation pipelines, driving reliability and governance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience focusing on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Proven track record delivering complex, production-grade distributed systems from concept through deployment and operations.
• Experience building and scaling automation using RPA platforms and workflow orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of distributed, cloud-native AI systems and enterprise automation solutions.
• Own CI/CD, containerization, and deployment standards with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC practices.
• Guide integration of AI/ML models and LLMs into production workflows and performance tuning.
