Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks. The role covers foundation model management, safety, and NLP/vision systems, balancing hands-on delivery with firmwide coordination.

The ideal candidate will drive enterprise AI adoption with robust compliance, monitoring, integration, and control practices in a hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record in building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the business.
• Serve as a player-coach for technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be an expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems and applications.
