Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise-wide AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks. You’ll design foundations, integrate monitoring and compliance, and drive enterprise adoption while balancing hands-on delivery with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI foundation models (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI agentic systems and foundation-model based frameworks.
• Integrate external tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Serve as player-coach delivering technical work while guiding adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of AI trends and governance patterns for timely adoption.
• Lead with insight and analytical rigor across Knowledge, Trust, and Control.
