Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Architect (AI) to join the AI Architecture team, focusing on scalable, production-grade AI solutions across business units. You will translate business needs into AI platform designs, integrate LLMs, and advance enterprise patterns while ensuring safe, compliant deployments.

You will collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams, lead technology proofs of concepts, and steer governance and risk practices as technologies evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting large-scale AI platforms and pipelines.
• Hands-on AI/ML deployment with CI/CD for AI/ML workflows.
• Familiar with governance, AI ethics, and risk management.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define domain architectures and target state roadmaps.
• Design LLM integrations, RAG, memory, and tool-calling patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions.
• Prototype concepts through POCs and demos.
• Support governance and reduce technical debt.
