The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Lead Architect for AI and Emerging Technology Architecture in the United States. You will define and maintain AI architecture standards, guide cloud and model hosting strategies, and lead major AI initiatives to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with senior technology and business leaders, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and ethics while mentoring teams and shaping the AI platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of architecture/software engineering experience.
• 2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proven track record of scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Responsabilités

• Define AI platform principles, standards, and reference architectures for Travelers' AI platforms and products.
• Lead architecture reviews for major AI initiatives, guiding design, scalability, security and cost optimization.
• Align AI capabilities to business needs and governance across lines of business.
• Collaborate with division/domain architects to drive enterprise AI solutions.
