Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive technical leadership and architectural experience.
• 2+ years designing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
• 2+ years building agentic AI platforms used by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture and technical design workshops with internal teams and customers to shape PCAI’s AI strategy.
• Define customer-ready AI architectures for private and hybrid cloud, including security, governance, and observability.
• Design multi-agent, LLMOps/AgentOps blueprints and drive architectural decisions for PCAI products.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects and provide technical leadership across engineering and field organizations.
