Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or related field.
• 7–10 years of software and AI engineering experience with at least 3 years in a tech lead role.
• Expert-level Python development and production REST API experience (FastAPI).
• Hands-on with AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered apps using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, CrewAI.

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI apps and LLM systems.
• Design and build AI Agents and autonomous systems with agentic frameworks.
• Develop MCP servers for secure integration between AI agents and data sources.
• Apply advanced LLM techniques (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG) for context-aware apps.
• Architect vector databases and RAG pipelines for semantic search.
• Create RESTful APIs to expose AI capabilities to internal platforms.
