Job summary

Dearborn, Michigan based FastTek Global seeks an Artificial Intelligence Senior Associate to design production AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and robust data pipelines. You will translate business needs into scalable AI models, orchestrate complex tool-using agents, and drive efficient, observable analytics in cloud environments.

You will leverage GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI and modern ML tooling to implement RAG pipelines and safe, efficient AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software systems, including 1-2+ years on ML/AI or LLM-based applications.
• Strong Python proficiency, including async/concurrent programming, and experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks for building stateful, multi-step, tool-using agent workflows.
• Practical experience building RAG pipelines: vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval evaluation.
• Cloud deployment experience with GCP, AWS or Azure.

• Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models and programs to solve complex problems.
• Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data driven applications translating data into actionable intelligence.
• Drive innovative AI applications using advanced tools and techniques.
• Research and optimize AI technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and automation.
