Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior software engineer to lead architecture and implementation of production-grade LLM orchestration and multi-agent workflows in a cloud-first environment. You will guide AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Neptune) and drive IaC, CI/CD, and observability practices while mentoring a skilled Python/TypeScript team.

The role requires 10+ years of software development, deep Python/TypeScript expertise, and hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js/React).
• Hands-on experience building complex, stateful agentic workflows using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Proven track record architecting, provisioning, and managing production infrastructure on AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS).
• Experience defining cloud architecture programmatically with IaC tools (CDK or Terraform).
• Experience managing relational databases (Aurora) with graph/vector backends (Neptune).
• Fluency with advanced CLI AI interfaces (Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI) and prompt engineering.
• Seasoned technical leader with track record leading teams to timely delivery.
• Experience operating AI/LLM apps in live enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong communication to mentor engineers and resolve technical friction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of production-grade LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee enterprise RAG pipelines, semantic chunking, and vector DB integrations.
• Implement observability frameworks to monitor latency, costs, drift, and accuracy.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS-based cloud systems (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Neptune).
• Embed Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment pipelines within development workflows.
• Mentor and lead a team of Python and TypeScript engineers.
• Drive delivery with agile methods balancing rapid prototyping and enterprise stability, security, compliance.
• Serve as technical liaison translating strategy into executable plans.
