Qualifications

• 6+ years software development with strong Python.
• Expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agent development and deployment using GenAI platforms.
• Architect autonomous AI systems and robust APIs for enterprise integration.
• Develop resilient Python backend services and data pipelines.
• Improve AI performance, latency, and cost with profiling and caching.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards and reviews.
