Infosys in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Senior Technologist to lead design and development of scalable architectures and AI-enabled solutions. You will drive PoCs, build reusable components, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality, defect-free delivery across platforms and integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with data scientists and product teams, and staying ahead of AI trends to inform project outcomes.

Formación

• Core development & architecture experience.
• Analysis and Design skills with experience in core development, design & architect experience.
• Experience in developing and applying generative AI models.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
• Experience in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Design, develop and deploy generative AI models.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for tasks and domains.
• Manage AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and PMs.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and industry trends.
• Champion responsible AI development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate project requirements and deliver high-quality code work products.
• Design technology frameworks and reusable assets; conduct reviews.
• Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations.
• Optimize code and develop reusable components with zero-defect delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure delivery alignment.
• Develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules.
• Evaluate multi-technology deployments and QoS requirements.
• Create reusable assets and ensure defect-free delivery.
• Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to inform decisions.
• Support test automation and test strategies.
