Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science / analytics with end-to-end ownership and 3+ years in a principal or senior tech role.
• Advanced degree in data science, CS, engineering, statistics, math, OR related.
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying scalable AI/ML on a major cloud platform (preferably GCP).
• Experience building production-grade models with monitoring and lifecycle governance.
• Proven leadership setting direction, standards, and influencing architecture and platforms.
• Experience leading multi-team AI/ML programs with strong project management.
• Experience with unstructured data, NLP, LLMs, CV and integration into workflows.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions with focus on Supply Chain decisioning.
• Define and deliver production-grade AI/ML products leveraging cloud-native architectures on GCP.
• Provide technical leadership, review architectures, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Own reference architecture for LLMs, NLP, and computer vision-driven solutions.
• Govern data science methodologies and ensure rigorous validation and reproducibility.
• Evolve architecture for agentic AI and retrieval-augmented systems with guardrails.
• Operationalize scalable AI platforms and models with real-time insights.
• Mentor data scientists and promote responsible AI practices.
