Capgemini is seeking an AI Architect/Developer in Long Beach, CA, a hybrid role 3 days per week. You will translate business needs into scalable AI blueprints, write modular production code, and mentor junior staff within an Agile environment.

Requires 10+ years delivering enterprise AI/ML platforms, expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, MLOps, REST APIs, and Docker/Kubernetes. Strong data governance and security focus expected.

Competenze

• Experience designing scalable ML infrastructures (on-prem, cloud-hybrid, or multi-cloud).
• 10+ years designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to select LLMs/SLMs or traditional models based on latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Python-based frameworks and CI/CD for AI.
• Strong REST API and data pipeline expertise.
