With 15+ years in software engineering and AI architecture, you will guide cross-functional teams, evaluate LLMs, and ensure robust performance, reliability, and governance in client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience with AI architecture.
• Strong Python development and backend engineering expertise.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock services (Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails).
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and model optimization.
• Experience establishing ground truth datasets and regression testing.
• Experience configuring Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable enterprise AI solutions on AWS.
• Implement Bedrock capabilities including autonomous agents and guardrails.
• Build robust Python backends and RESTful APIs.
• Perform prompt engineering and thorough LLM evaluation.
• Establish ground truth datasets and accuracy measurement frameworks.
• Design serverless architectures with AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS.
• Enforce enterprise security and IAM policies.
• Collaborate with software, data science, and product teams.
