Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience leading data analytics projects and AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implements data standards and automation to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develops dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to inform leadership.
• Translates complex analytics into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve processes.
