Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and analytics solutions across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on building AI assistants, semantic search, and data-driven decision support in a large enterprise.

You will collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business units to translate requirements into scalable AI applications, APIs, and dashboards, leveraging cloud platforms and modern ML practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field such as Data Science, CS, EE, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of experience developing data science, ML, AI, or analytics solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL development expertise.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI on GCP/AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions including LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Build AI assistants, agents, chatbots, and copilots to automate workflows across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Develop NLP-to-SQL interfaces for conversational data access.
• Create semantic search, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions.
• Lead pilot projects to demonstrate business value and assess emerging AI technologies.
