Entegris seeks a Director of AI & Process Solutions to lead AI and digital engineering initiatives across Materials Solutions. You will define the roadmap for AI-enabled workflows, knowledge graphs, digital twins, and semantic search, partnering with scientists, engineers, and leaders to translate AI into tangible outcomes.
The role demands 10+ years in AI/ML within R&D/manufacturing settings, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital innovation in R&D or manufacturing.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong understanding of ML, LLMs, knowledge graphs, semantic search.
- Executive communication and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Define AI and process systems strategy across Materials Division R&D.
- Build roadmap for AI-enabled scientific and engineering solutions.
- Lead deployment of copilots, intelligent assistants, and autonomous workflows.
- Advance capabilities in digital twins, simulations, and scientific workflows.
- Scale AI opportunities across discovery to manufacturing readiness.
- Develop and mentor high-performing AI/ML teams.
