Seeking an AI & Data Architect with strong manufacturing expertise and consulting mindset to design, deploy, and scale AI/data platforms across plants and enterprise systems. This role bridges Operations, Engineering, and IT to deliver secure, governed, production-grade AI solutions with measurable outcomes.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in data/analytics architecture (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production
• Hands-on with plant data, time-series analytics, OT/IT integration
• Strong consulting skills (problem solving, exec communication, workshops)

Preferred Skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT
• Develop solutions and RFQ/RFP responses
• Translate manufacturing needs into AI use cases (predictive maintenance, quality, yield, throughput, inventory)
• Architect OT/IT platforms (historians, MES, ERP, cloud)
• Design AI/ML & GenAI solutions (time-series, CV, RAG copilots)
• Define MLOps/LLMOps frameworks
• Create executive-ready architectures, roadmaps, value stories
• Act as trusted advisor in plant visits and governance forums
