Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience with web content strategy, CMS, SEO, digital accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with analytics to evaluate content effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Ability to maintain consistent narrative voice within institutional brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-focused content translating complex research and programs into clear narratives across formats (web, email, social, video, print).
• Lead content strategy and production for WAIAI's web presence and affiliated centers; improve organization, UX, and accessibility.
• Create, publish, and maintain website content using WordPress and related tools.
• Apply SEO, analytics, and AI content optimization to increase visibility of WAIAI's work across platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and digital amplification to engage priority audiences.
• Ensure editorial standards and brand voice align with Wharton guidelines; collaborate across teams for multiple projects.
