Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience required.
• Experience producing online content across web, email, social, video, and print.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with web content strategy, content management systems, SEO, and accessibility.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-focused content across formats: articles, newsletters, web copy, email campaigns.
• Lead web content strategy for WAIAI and affiliated centers using WordPress.
• Apply SEO, analytics, and AI content optimization practices.
• Develop and execute social media and digital amplification strategies.
• Uphold WAIAI editorial standards and brand voice.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and partners to manage multiple projects.
