CareSource is seeking an AI Analyst IV to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI solutions within healthcare operations. You will mentor analysts, guide governance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled improvements.

The role requires a strong background in AI-enabled tools, digital engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on responsible AI and risk mitigation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, automation, digital transformation, technology solutions, or a related field.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, digital engagement, automation, or conversational technologies.
• Experience setting up or improving service journeys, knowledge resources, workflows, or AI-enabled experiences across cross-functional environments.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or another regulated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of complex AI solutions and initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI capabilities and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve outcomes.
• Evaluate solution performance, adoption, and business value; drive continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices for AI solution configuration, testing, documentation, and oversight.
• Mentor AI Analysts and provide technical leadership.
