• Train, test, and evaluate AI-powered assistants and agentic AI solutions.
• Design and optimize prompts, conversational flows, intents, responses, and training scenarios.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and tone; identify hallucinations and gaps.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and identify knowledge gaps and automation opportunities.
• Apply ServiceNow knowledge to translate business processes into training data and evaluation criteria.
• Create and maintain AI training materials, test cases, and sample conversations.
• Support testing and rollout of new AI capabilities; provide improvement insights.
• Stay current with generative AI, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
