As a Senior Software Engineer AI Agents you’ll own end-to-end features from backend to UI, shape design, and expand eval coverage. You’ll collaborate with Product to land agent-based capabilities in production and improve the platform over time.

Qualifications

• Current Software Engineering skills with TypeScript and Ruby.
• End-to-end ownership from backend to UI.
• Ability to measure with eval-driven development.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-evolving domain.
• AI-assisted development as a default approach.

Responsibilities

• Own agent-powered features end to end: prompts, orchestration, backend plumbing, and UI.
• Take loosely specified ideas through design, implementation, and rollout.
• Build and extend eval coverage for shipped features.
• Develop new presentation methods for agent outputs and interactive views.
• Improve the synthetic data simulator and related tooling.
• Collaborate with Product to land features in the clinical experience.
• Lead an agent surface end-to-end within three months.
