Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and enterprise integration. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination, guiding knowledge-based AI adoption with robust compliance and monitoring.

You will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise-scale AI platforms while keeping up with evolving AI trends across EY businesses and client opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and tools (LLMs, safety, observability).
• Experience with governance, safety, and tooling for AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives and enterprise architecture.
• Lead and mentor a team building multi-agent capabilities for EY businesses and customers.
• Stay current on AI trends and model architectures to enable timely adoption.
