Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Product Solutions Architect to act as a technical multiplier for AI Agent Observability. You will partner with Field teams to design architectures, develop best practices, and drive adoption across customer environments, balancing performance and reliability at scale.

The role requires deep software engineering expertise, experience with Python/TypeScript, and the ability to translate complex patterns into practical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with production experience
• Familiar with distributed systems and observability concepts
• Experience translating patterns into AI Agent observability domain
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and travel to client sites

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house expert for Datadog’s AI Agent Observability product
• Guide enterprise customers with hands-on architectural advice
• Create high-impact technical collateral and reference architectures
• Build proofs of concept and deployments to validate solutions
• Provide feedback to Product Management from field experience
