Job summary

Datadog’s Product Solutions Architecture team partners with Field teams to design architectures and accelerate adoption of AI Agent Observability across customer environments. You’ll work on performance and reliability improvements and craft reference architectures, guides, and cookbook materials for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on production experience of AI Agent-powered apps.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, tracing, metrics and logging.
• Ability to translate industry patterns into the AI Agent observability domain.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and sit with clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for Datadog’s AI Agent Observability product.
• Partner with Field teams to provide hands-on technical and architectural guidance to enterprise customers.
• Create high-impact technical collateral, including reference architectures, technical guides, cookbooks, and documentation.
• Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions in real customer environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management by delivering actionable feedback from field experience.
